What are some of your New Year's Resolutions?

These are great and really well thought out. I blogged about mine and had some old faithfuls, but some of my more exciting ones were cooking my way through two entire cookbooks this year and saying something positive at the end of every single workday to one of my friends at work. Good luck with yours! I hope I do as well this year as you did last year!
Welp I can help you with a few of these. My birthday is September 23. I like cake. And grapevine has tons of wineries, I am sure we can tour them! Oh and I'm learning how to quilt this year too so we can do that together. In fact, let me know if you're interested in other sewing projects too. We can make it a long-term activity that we pick up here and there.
Another great list, and if I know you-you will be successful with them all!
I call dibs on first read of the manuscript when you finish (fine, I'll settle for second)!
Number four is SUCH a good idea! Why haven't I done that?
You have the best resolutions! You should go to smittenkitchen.com. Her cake recipes are the best!
You know, I don't really like to make new year's resolutions! I always seem to break mine!!
But I would like to start working out regularily and lose some weight. I also want to read more often. But other than that... I don't really have anything specific!
Good luck with your cakes - I usually just turn to my friends Betty or Duncan. ;-)
