SPANTS

My friend Crissy and I were recently IMing about what to wear under our gradution robes. I jokingly (but not really) said "I want to go naked under my robe because its just so hot in there."

Her response?

"In high school we wore tank tops and boxer shorts under our robes...and the boys would wear spants. Spants are easily made. You just get a pair of slacks that no longer fit, you cut them off at the knee and put in elastic, and you wear those so they look like pants."
